Welcome to Eye Appeal. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. About Eye Appeal

Eye Appeal is a wellness application designed to help users improve the appearance of their eye area through structured routines, facial exercises, lifestyle habits, and AI-powered eye area analysis using Face++ technology. The app provides educational and informational content only and is not a medical service.

2. Not Medical Advice

Eye Appeal provides wellness and educational content only. Nothing in this app—including routines, scores, analysis results, or recommendations— constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any routine or recommendation provided within the app.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness routine, particularly if you have any existing skin conditions, eye conditions, or medical concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eye Appeal. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app.

4. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account by providing your name, age, gender, and email address.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and truthful registration information.
• Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Camera Access and Facial Data

Eye Appeal requires access to your device camera to perform eye area analysis. By granting camera access, you consent to your photo being processed through Face++, a third-party AI service, for generating eye area scores and analysis results.

Your photos and analysis data are securely stored on Supabase servers with encryption to enable progress tracking. You may delete individual photos at any time through the app. All facial data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Eye Appeal offers premium features through In-App Purchases (IAP) managed via RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store and Google Play.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
• All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never collect, store, or access your payment information.
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Eye Appeal—including but not limited to routines, exercises, text, images, scores, graphics, branding, designs, and the app itself—is the exclusive property of Eye Appeal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

By using Eye Appeal, you agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the app.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false registration information.
• Damage, disable, or impair the app's functionality.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or servers.

9. Third-Party Services

Eye Appeal relies on the following third-party services:

• Face++ — Facial analysis and scoring
• Supabase — Secure data storage
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• PostHog — Product analytics
• Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking
• Apple App Store & Google Play — Payment processing

Your use of Eye Appeal is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eye Appeal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, nor do we guarantee any specific results from using the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eye Appeal and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions, personal injury, data loss, or dissatisfaction with results.

Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the app or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
